Garden Cottage

Perfect for couples, Calder is a beautifully redesigned one-bedroom apartment in the Raven Wing of the Abbey. Thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing self-catering stay, it offers a comfortable base for exploring Fort Augustus, with full access to all of The Highland Club's facilities.
Truly unique, it is ideal for families as well as friend groups, having its own secure private garden, with plenty of activities for everyone, and access to games for adults and children alike, such as the facilities in the Abbey, of table tennis, pool, snooker, as well as the gym, sauna and swimming pool. You also have the facilities on the Abbey grounds, which include badminton, tennis, football, and even an adventure playground, all on site within the Abbey grounds, for the exclusive use of residents. Don’t forget you are also less than a 2 minute walk from Loch Ness itself on the Abbey Grounds.
The Chapter House apartment has two levels, with a mezzanine 2nd living room, kitchen and dining area and can sleep up to 6 guests. But what makes it truly unique, is the retained design of the original high ceiling of this section of the Monastery. As with many of the Abbey apartments, photographs can rarely demonstrate the true wonder of the aesthetic design until you see it in person.
