Forming part of the original Abbey library Caladh nowadays has a mezzanine master bedroom. From here a click of the remote will open the electric curtains to the world famous Loch Ness.  So close you could throw a stone in!

The snug, with sofa bed sleeps an extra guest and with two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for everyone. (Please enquire for the third guest).

On the ground level the open plan kitchen, dining and living area are perfect for cosy nights in and a bit of ‘Nessie’ spotting!

With Scottish theme furnishings Caladh is the highest quality apartment that has use of all of the Highland Club facilities which include, swimming pool, Club Lounge, Gym, Tennis Court. And the gas central heating will assure you of warmth and comfort if you like those winter breaks.

Caladh (pronounced “Cala”) is a Gaelic word meaning “port” or “landing place”. The perfect name for the perfect holiday apartment which is so close to the foot of Loch Ness you can sometimes hear the waves lapping the shoreline!

Living Room

Three steps up from the kitchen and dining area the living room comprises of two luxury three-seater sofas, sky sports TV and window seats offering as close a view to Loch Ness as you can get!

You will find a collection of interesting books in the living room which personally belong to the owners.

Kitchen and Dining Area

With a full range of equipment, Caladh offers a true home from home experience. The equipment includes a gas stove, electric oven, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and gas central heating throughout. So, eating out, grabbing a takeaway or a home cooked meal are all easy options.

The gas stove, electric oven and grill and microwave are perfect for home cooking.

The kitchen worktop is black granite shelving adding class to an already fantastic and tastefully decorated apartment.

Master Bedroom

Plenty of space for those of us who like to stretch out on the comfortable super king bed. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee with a stunning view from the mezzanine area towards the exquisite serenity of Loch Ness.

The master bedroom follows through to the en suite bathroom and snug that can sleep a child or teenager.

The shelving unit here hosts a small library; in contrast to the books in the living area, the owners of this prestigious apartment kindly offer these bedroom novels to their guests. So, if you’ve picked one to read during your stay there is no need to rush through it; you can take it away and enjoy the ending without rushing!
