is open plan and very spacious the vaulted ceilings compliment the spacious look. Satellite Free View TV, Bose iPod dock, a selection of board games and books. Also with free WiFi.

The Island kitchen:

is stylish and well equipped, with its granite worktops and central island is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and high quality small appliances, kitchen equipment and utensils. Iron and ironing board.

Dining area:

is open plan, conveniently adjacent to the kitchen.

Master bedroom:

is on a mezzanine gallery floor and features such as stain glass windows, king size bed, en-suite with bath and power shower.

Second bedroom:

with double bed, is also upstairs on the mezzanine floor level and is without windows but with an air ventilation fan system.

Family bathroom:

with shower on ground floor. High quality fittings with power shower, heated towel rail in addition to ceramic tiles on the walls and floors. Additionally, luxury complimentary toiletries are provided.

Also, the apartment is suitable for elderly as it is on the ground floor, although, perhaps not suitable for less able people as both bedrooms are on the first floor.

Consequently, this apartment does not cater for children under 12.
