Fabulous 2 Bed  duplex, set in the exclusive Highland Club complex. The Highland Club is located on 20 acres of private grounds, overlooking uninterrupted views of Loch Ness. A unique apartment and ideal base for touring the Scottish Highlands.

Apartment: Moat House No.9 is one of the more private apartments and has its own private ground floor entrance. Modern lounge, dining room and kitchen area are open plan. Sliding (solid oak) double doors allows you to close off the sitting area at night time for more intimacy. Two stylishly decorated bedrooms with flat screen TVs, DVDs, Books, etc.
Highland Club: Facilities included are The BOATHOUSE RESTAURANT(on the grounds) providing an idyllic setting on the shores of Loch Ness, where you can enjoy delicious, locally sourced food. The HIGHLAND CLUB SPA AND SWIMMING POOL plus OUTDOOR PICNIC TABLES AND BBQ'S are provided for guest use. The TENNIS COURT, outdoor and indoor TABLE TENNIS, CROQUET LAWN, GIANT CHESS and CHILDREN'S ADVENTURE PLAY AREA promise to keep everyone amused.

Note: The Chapel Pool complex is open from 9am to 7pm. Please use the booking system outside the pool complex. Spa towels are available for hire from reception if required(Abbey Management Services), £5 per towel deposit with £2.50 refunded on return.

Village: The apartment is only minutes walk from the picturesque village of ‘Fort Augustus’. Restaurants, bars and shops are all available in the village. Take a trip on the Loch Ness Monster Cruise, you may spot Nessie !

Accommodation:

Kitchen / dining room: Fitted to the highest standard with marble worktops, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ironing facilities and integrated Washer/Dryer. Kitchen and dining area is equipped with a wall mounted flat screen TV. And a beautifully finished table and chair set ensures that you will be dining in style!
Sitting Room: The kitchen area leads into a stylish sitting room with flat screen TV (Sky Freeview) and DVD player. Sliding double doors (6 panel solid oak) allows you to close off the sitting area at night time for more privacy.
Bedroom 1: On the first floor the tastefully decorated master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and dormer windows overlooking the surrounding communal grounds. 37inch Flat Screen TV. Hairdryer supplied.
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom (also upstairs) has twin beds with a Flat Screen TV, DVD player and integrated ipod docking station. Hairdryer supplied.
Bathroom: Equipped with bath, shower over bath and wash hand basin. Well lit wall mirror and heated towel rail.

Activities:
The local area offers excellent hill walking, golf, cycling, fishing, field sports and boating. Many adventure sports, including white-water rafting and quad-biking for the more adventurous!
To the East there are several beaches in the Dornoch/Black Isle area. While for the children, the Hogwart's Express is a train that runs along the valley where Harry Potter was filmed. Also for kids there are riding stables in the next village.
For the whole family travel 40 mins to Inverness to Aquadrome (Wave pool, fun water rides, toddler pool and relaxing Spa pool).
The ruins of Urquhart Castle, Cawdor Castle and the world famous Eilean Donan Castle are all nearby.
40 minutes drive to Aonach Mor ski area in the winter months. The Ben Nevis Skiing area (and Cable Cars) is only 35 minutes drive.
The official Loch Ness Visitor's Centre (5 star tourist attraction) is about 20 minutes drive.
