The Island kitchen is stylish and well equipped, with its granite worktops and central island is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and high quality small appliances, kitchen equipment and utensils. Iron and ironing board.
Dining area is open plan, conveniently adjacent to the kitchen.
Master bedroom is on a mezzanine gallery floor and features – stained glass windows, king size bed, en-suite with bath and power shower.
Second bedroom with double bed also upstairs on the mezzanine floor level.

The apartment is suitable for elderly as it is on the ground floor though perhaps not suitable for disabled as both bedrooms are on the first floor.
