This modern two bedroom, ground floor apartment is located in the Brothers Wing and is one of the most historically important sections of the Highland Club - built within the original bastion walls, this area would have once housed the armoury used in defence of the fort. Spacious and comfortable, it has the additional benefits of its own independent entrance some 10 meters from the adjoining parking area, and so is one of the most convenient and accessible properties within The Highland Club. Once outside this unique apartment, you are immediately on the shores of Loch Ness with its own picnic and barbeque area provided within the grounds of the Highland Club, or just a 2 minute walk to the Boat House Restaurant, again on the shores of Loch Ness. The property is well equipped throughout, while benefiting from all the facilities The Highland Club has to offer and is one of a few wheelchair friendly properties in the Highland Club.
Accessed via The Brothers’ Wing courtyard, and with all modern comforts and conveniences, this property is just steps away from the Club Lounge, the Monastery Lawn and variety of leisure facilities offered within this fabulous development, so it is the ideal place to enjoy everything on your doorstep, plus more when adventuring out into the Highlands themselves. The best of both worlds! Cosy, airy and inviting, the open plan kitchen/dining/living area includes two large comfortable leather sofas, (one being of one of two sofa beds), ideal for accommodating larger families and groups, with wide windows looking out towards the courtyard area and the stunning stained glass windows of the Club Lounge. Entertainment options include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD player, and sound system with i-pod dock, as well as a good selection of books, games and DVDs.
The fully equipped kitchen features black granite work surfaces, and the lovely wooden dining table comfortably seats six people.
The large master bedroom, also overlooking the courtyard, includes a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, plus a further sofa bed suitable for young children. The en-suite bathroom has both a separate shower and bath.
The second double bedroom is charming and comfortable. There is a second family bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
Flexible sleeping arrangements with the use of a sofa bed in the living room, one in the master bedroom and a baby cot, this property can comfortably accommodate six adults, two small children and a baby; or four adults, four children and a baby.
