The Monks’ Chambers is a charming, characterful and versatile apartment within the Highland Club, with lovely views towards the Caledonian Canal and hills. Stylishly and comfortably decorated throughout, this spacious, second-floor, one bedroom apartment is located in The Monastery and would once have made up the monks’ private chambers. It is accessed via the beautiful cloister walk at the heart of the development, so you are never more than a few steps away from all the facilities The Highland Club has to offer. Inside, it features modern comforts and conveniences, as well as several lovely original features. With the use of a sofa bed in the living area that can be separated off from the main room with a privacy curtain, this property can comfortably accommodate up to four people. As such it makes an ideal choice for a couple, small family or small group wishing to explore the area.
This welcoming and comfortable apartment has lovely views out towards the hills from every room. The open plan living-dining space features original sash windows, comfortable seating, and a beautiful dark wood extendable dining table. Entertainment options include a flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD player, and micro audio system with i-pod dock, as well as a good selection of books, DVDs and games. The separate kitchen, accessed via a charming archway and featuring original arched windows within, is fully fitted and well-equipped with stylish granite work surfaces and a small breakfast bar table so you can eat with a view! The cosy and luxurious bedroom features a wonderful cast iron king size bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over bath. With the use of a double sofa bed located in the living area, which can be separated off from the living room with a privacy curtain, this apartment can accommodate up to four people.
