The location allows traffic free access to Aonach Mor ski area in the winter months and year round access to the Highlands and all the local outdoor/adventure sports. Set in more than 20 acres, the landscaped private gardens are surrounded on 3 sides by the Caledonian Canal, the River Tarff and the western shores of Loch Ness and boasts its own small harbour and mooring facilities.

Facilities included are THE BOATHOUSE RESTAURANT providing an idyllic setting on the shores of Loch Ness in which you can enjoy delicious, locally sourced food. The HIGHLAND CLUB SPA AND SWIMMING POOL will be available spring 2012. Within the stunning grounds OUTDOOR PICNIC TABLES AND BBQs are provided for guest use; outdoor TABLE TENNIS, CROQUET LAWN, GIANT CHESS and CHILDREN'S ADVENTURE PLAY AREA promise to keep everyone amused. The Monks refectory has been transformed into a CLUB LOUNGE with its oak panelled walls and stained glass windows, providing a sumptuous area to relax with friends or enjoy a game of SNOOKER (WIFI access available).
