The kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/drier, a fridge/freezer and all the usual smaller applicances.
The accommodation sleeps 4 in two bedrooms
The master bedroom, which is situated upstairs, has a king size bed which can be split to twins (zip and link) and has an ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath, shaving point and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom, on the same level as the lounge, has a double bed with a bathroom across the hall.

Please note. Renovation work on other buildings may be in progress during your stay. As the Moat House itself is completely finished, you should not be inconvenienced, although this can not be guaranteed. The prices for the apartment have been set to take the building work into consideration.
