This brand new, 2 bedroom, self catering cottage on Loch Ness boasts the enviable views of the Abbey & Abbey Church ( The Spa). The River Tarff is just metres away from the door and is a fishermans dream with salmon and brown trout. Beyond the cottage lies Loch Ness and being at the southern tip you have the views down the whole of the Loch, which must rate as one of the most stunning in the world. (note from owners) "We personally waited three years for our little piece of heaven to be built and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do".
The access to the cottage is suitable for wheelchairs and, with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, the cottage ideal for disabled or older guests. There is a ramp from the parking space right to the door. A large downstairs cupboard is suitable to store a wheelchair.

The large open plan lounge has a range of cabinets, dining table, leather sofas and a 42" Flat Screen TV with Sky, DVD, CD /Radio. Playstation 2 with games, numerous board games, over 100 DVD's and plenty of books are provided. Two large windows give plenty of light and patio doors lead to the patio. The living flame fireplace is the focal point of the room and can be used for those cosy nights in.

The galley kitchen
Just off the lounge the spacious kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The bright modern units have black granite worktops and have integrated appliances - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric oven and gas hob. A microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, iron & ironing boad and a hairdryer are all provided.  In fact everything you will need.
Also, a picnic basket and 2 tennis racquets with balls are provided for your use.
