Advertising is available to Apartment or cottage owners, you will have your own page situated in the appropriate section fully updatable by yourself as well as the opportunity to show availability calendars and accept online bookings through the site. You do not need a merchant account for this. Highland Club Admin will process all online bookings for you. for only 8% charge.  

We take a flexible approach to holiday letting and working with owners so please see options below.

1  For a basic entry with all enquiries going to owner to deal with, your contact details on the page and not using our booking system £200 per year.

2  For above + using our booking system (with us processing payments for online bookings and yourselves liaising with customers regarding arrival procedures and other questions) £100 per year for your entry + 8% commission on all online bookings. You can still deal with email and telephone enquiries yourself at this level as your contact info is on the page. You can input as many owner bookings as you wish and you have full control over your page content and calendars.  

3 We are aware that many of you cannot deal with enquiries for your property so option 3 takes care of that. We handle all enquiries for you and liaise with customers etc. Our contact info on your property page. No annual charge and only 10% commission on bookings taken. With this deal you get extra marketing, extra bookings and with non of the associated headaches. You still have full control of your property booking though and are welcome to book out as many weeks as you want for yourself and your own customers.

Local Loch Ness business can advertise in our “Things To Do” page or take a banner on the home page. Banner space is strictly limited to first come first serve basis. Banners are charged at £15 per month. An entry on the “Things to do” page is not charged but you must link back to us.

Just send us a paragraph about your things to do and your logo or other suitable image and providing your entry is suitable we will contact you with our link details.    

highlandclubscotland.co.uk will add a FREE listing to other Loch Ness eateries bars restaurants etc providing you add a link to us first.   We are flexible and are able to provide various advertising opportunities to those who ask.

These adverts are placed in the right hand column of the front page. No more than five banners will be allowed on the page on any given date and all adverts get an equal amount of exposure. The front page will be most visitor's gateway to our web site. so this will give your advert the best possible exposure. Cost £20 per month for any number of months.

We can use your existing artwork or create a banner for you, the cost for us to make a banner is £30. If you would like to create the adverts yourself or have a graphic designer create them for you we have provided the technical specification below.
